JAPANESE PAPER CHINE COLLE

Enhance your etching with the delicate colors and structures of Japanese paper. This course introduces participants to the technique of etching and the methods of layering colored paper on your print! Chine collé is a traditional print technique where an image is transferred to specialty paper, then bonded to a heavier support during printing. Participants should come to class with sketches/reference images for their print, all other materials will be supplied.
